Cage raising characteristics

1. Cage and Frame System
Three-layer frame type layer cage, forming after welding with galvanized wire, the galvanization is about 20um, including frame, mesh, feed trough, drinking pipe, nipple drinker, manure baffle, nightsoil belt.
2. Automatic Feeding system
· Feeding truck: the track is made of δ2.5mm275g galvanized sheet metal, the whole machine runs smoothly, there is no disturbance to the chicken.Two sets of tracks per column, equipped with automatic leveling device, feeding device, with cleaning device (cleaning egg pockets, feed through).
· Oblique horizontal feeding system and 20T tower: auger import from South Africa galvanized sheet tower,not including weigher.
· Silo screw feeder: hot-dipped galvanization, thickness 60-80um.
3. Automatic Drinking System
· Waterline main water pipe: It can be used together with the hanging cup to save water and prevent the chicken house from being wet due to dripping water.
· Chicken nipple drinker with cup: The automatic water dispenser for chickens is suitable for chicken farms, which can effectively save the trouble of manual water supply. At the same time, the water outlet is controlled by the chicken mouth. When the chicken mouth leaves the water pole, the water will automatically stop.
· Water meter metering system:It can save water resources and automatically measure water demand.
4. Automatic manure cleaning system
· Longitudinal manure transport head and tail frame and power drive: δ3.0mm275g galvanized sheet bending forming one-time, high-strength drive roller coating, Tail anti-deviation spiral driven wheel, Anti-manure device, etc. Drive motor is Wanxin or Yongkun brand.
· Tail belt type manure cleaning:Horizontal 16metre, oblique 8 metre. The whole frame is 60-80um hot-dipped galvanization, good anti-corrosion, manure belt thickness 8mm.
5. Automatic Egg collecting system
· Vertical automatic egg collecting machine: high strength chain drive with leaking eggs and cleaning equipment.

6. Ventilation and temperature control system
